Acidizing is a technical measure to be used for improve
formation permeability depends on chemical denudation and
hydraulic actuation of the time squeezing acid. There are 2
basic types of acidizing: One is conventional acidization
with injection acid pressure under formation fracture
pressure, or called matrix acidizition, then play a major
chemical acid action to expand the pore, slit and hole of
contacted and closed. The other one is acid fracturing with
the injection acid pressure higher than the formation
fracture pressure. With acid both chemical and hydraulic
action to increase, extent and crack open the fracture,
thereby produce the far extended and high permeability oil
and gas percolation channel.
